Contents of my Utility Belt's "Emergency Pouch" in City mode: - Cell phone charger.  - Ibuprofen. :-P [Side-note to self: With only one item the same in that pouch, between city and wilderness, it's time for a more modular utility belt for every day.  Or more modular use of the one I have... Pocket liners?  Hmm.]
Hooray for the internet! I quickly type [west oakland air raid siren], hoping for some explanation, like the map of recent earthquakes on the usgs site , which we use at my childhood home to find out, "Was that an earthquake?  Or is the Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base just using its bombing range for larger-than-average ordinance today?"
